Owner – Liebmann Family Law

 

For more than 30 years, Mr. Liebmann has concentrated his practice on Divorce, Custody, Grandparent’s Rights, Child/Spousal Support, Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements, Property Division and other Family Law related matters. Mr. Liebmann has extensive Courtroom experience litigating, when necessary, complex property division issues, custody disputes, relocation cases, support and alimony issues. Jeffrey represents a broad cross section of the community from small business owners to CEOs of large corporations in all aspects of their Family Law issues either litigating inside the Courtroom or working to negotiate settlements outside the Courtroom. Jeffrey and his firm devotes a large amount of time in pro bono representation of victims of abuse in Bucks County.

 

Jeffrey has been named a 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in Family Law. Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of personal recognition and professional achievement. The selection process includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. It is an honor bestowed on just 5% of lawyers in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

 

Mr. Liebmann was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and has lived in Bucks County since 1979. Mr. Liebmann is a 1982 graduate of Council Rock High School, a 1986 graduate of Saint Joseph’s University and a 1990 graduate of Widener University School of Law.

 

Mr. Liebmann is active in the community and involved in many charitable endeavors. Mr. Liebmann and his firm devote a large amount of time to pro bono representation of victims of abuse in Bucks County. Mr. Liebmann is an active member of the Family Law Section of both the Bucks County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Mr. Liebmann is also one of the founding members and Co-Chairman of The Friends for Heroes Foundation; a local nonprofit that raises money for local veteran’s and their families through a golf outing every August.

 

In 2017 Mr. Liebmann was awarded the Mark E. Goldberg Award for Community Service by the members of the Bucks County Bar Association for “Outstanding Service to His Community” for his charitable work including his work with The Friends for Heroes Foundation. Currently Jeffrey serves as the President of the Bucks County Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the Bucks County Bar Association.
